How much is the delivery fee?
We have 3 options for you to choose from.
Flat Rate Delivery ₱119 - With this option, we try our best to lessen the cost of the delivery fee for our customers hence we book multiple addresses per Lalamove driver. Time of delivery cannot be guaranteed, however, we will always try our best to deliver the cookies to our customers as fast as possible. Rates may change depending on the weather conditions and/or if Lalamove decides to charge holiday or high demand fees.
Priority Delivery ₱259 - With this option, we promise to book the delivery 20 min after you place the order. This option is for people who needs a quick fix of their cookie craving or for a spur of the moment gift. Rates may change depending on the weather conditions and/or if Lalamove decides to charge holiday or high demand fees.
LBC - This Option is for recipients based outside Metro Manila, Greater Manila or anywhere that Lalamove cannot deliver to. Rates will depend on the place and amount of order, but it usually starts from ₱250.
What courier do you use for your delivery?
We use Lalamove to most if not all of our orders. The only time we use Grab or Borzo is when there is shortage of Lalamove riders.
Can I receive my order at a certain time?
We cannot guarantee the exact time of our same-day delivery but for advance orders, delivery time may be arranged.
Do you deliver cookie doughs outside Metro Manila?
We deliver cookie doughs within Metro Manila and Greater Manila only as the cookie doughs must be kept frozen during transport.
Where is your store?
Our ghost kitchen is located at 652 Mayon St. Brgy. Maharlika, Sta Mesa Heights Quezon City.
What are your Mode of Payments (MOP)?
Customers can pay through Paypal, Gcash, Debit and Credit Cards, and even Paymaya for orders placed here on our website. For orders outside our website, customer can transfer payments to our Gcash or BDO account.
What is your best seller?
Our best sellers are Classic, S'Mores, White Chocolate and Crinkles.
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
Cookies are at their chewiest for up to 7 days as long as they are kept in an air tight sealed container.
Does your cookies contain nuts?
Some of our ingredients may contain traces of nuts, however, we do not directly put nuts on our cookie doughs unless the customer requested it.
What is the size of your cookies?
Our cookies are 26g in weight and they come out imperfectly round as they are hand made.
Do you cater big events?
Yes. We cater bulk orders for any type of event or occasion. We also supply cookies and other pastries to cafe's and other businesses.
Are there authorized resellers for DC Delights?
We do not have authorized resellers or distributors. Please place your orders only from our website or official social media accounts.
